Luxury Resort Wear Boutique Sales Associate
Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, fashion-forward Sales Associate to join our luxury resort wear boutique. The ideal candidate is passionate about exceptional customer service, luxury fashion, and creating memorable shopping experiences. As the face of our boutique, you will build lasting relationships with clients while maintaining the highest standards of presentation and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome every guest with warmth and provide personalized, attentive service.
- Develop strong client relationships through exceptional customer care and styling expertise.
- Assist customers in selecting resort wear, accessories, and complementary pieces to create complete looks.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current collections, fabrics, designers, and seasonal trends.
- Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals while delivering a luxury shopping experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
- Maintain the boutique’s visual merchandising standards, ensuring displays are elegant, organized, and inviting.
- Receive, unpack, tag, and replenish merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Keep the sales floor, fitting rooms, and stockroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready.
- Support boutique events, trunk shows, and promotional activities.
- Handle customer inquiries, special orders, and concerns with professionalism and discretion.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales objectives and deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in luxury, contemporary fashion, resort wear, or boutique retail.
- Passion for fashion, styling, and delivering elevated customer experiences.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales ability with confidence in building client relationships.
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel seasons.
- Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills is preferred.
