Where will my job be featured?

Your job will be featured on our newly launched Job Board on HobokenGirl.com. On average, Hoboken Girl has 145K-200K monthly readers. In 2019, Hoboken Girl had 1.3 million unique readers and 3 million pageviews. How long will it take for my job to be on the Job Board after I submit? Once submitted, allow 1-2 business days to process. Our team reviews each posting before it goes live to maintain job board quality.

Why do I need a logo?

Not only is it more aesthetically pleasing for the site and your post, but it shows candidates that you’re a legit company and makes your brand stand out.

Do I have to provide a logo for my listing?

Yes. We do require a logo for every job post.

Will I get a receipt?

Yes. After your job posts, you will receive a confirmation email with your receipt, the date your job post expires as well as the direct link to your job post. To see all your transactions, click the My Account Tab on the User Dashboard, and then click “Transactions” Box on the left hand side.

How much does it cost to list my job posting on the Hoboken Girl Jobs Board?

It costs $75 per job posting on the Hoboken Girl Jobs Board. Is there a discounted rate for posting multiple jobs? Yes. We currently offer discounted package rates for employers who wish to post multiple jobs on the Hoboken Girl Jobs Board. The discounted package rates will appear during the checkout process after you have created your first job listing. Job packages are non-refundable.

How long will my job be on the Job Board?

Jobs are live on the board for 45 days.

Can I link my job post out to another site?

Yes. In the Post New Job Tab, under “Job Apply Type” you can select ‘External URL’ and type in the URL to link out to if you prefer candidates to apply through your site.

What are the next steps after I find an application/resume that I am interested in for my job posting?

The Hoboken Girl Jobs Board was created to connect local Hudson county job seekers and employers through job postings. Hoboken Girl does not facilitate any other communication between job seekers or employers. When employers receive prospective applications that they are interested in for their job posting, it will be up to them as the employer to contact the job applicant(s) via the contact information provided in their profile or resume if they would like to move forward with the application process.

What do I do if my job gets filled before it expires?

If you fill the job before your listing expires, you can leave the current post up and continue to receive job applicants and save for the future or you can edit/change the current job listing for another position while posting is still live. Please note, there will be no refunds, or prorated charges for the job listing if you fill the job before the posting expires.

Can I make edits to my job post after I submit?

Yes. Just login to your account and click the “Manage Jobs” Box on the left hand side. Locate the job posting you would like to edit, and then click the grey, pencil icon in the right hand corner of the Job Listing.

What if I forgot my password?

No problem! Just go to the User Login Page and click the forgot password link to reset.
