Job Description

Property Manager – Oceana by the Sea | Point Pleasant Beach, NJ

Seasonal full-time position through November 2026 for an experienced hospitality professional. Responsibilities include front desk operations, guest services, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance coordination, wedding and group room blocks, and overall property management. Cloudbeds PMS experience is required.

Seeking a hands-on leader who can elevate the guest experience, generate 5-star reviews, collaborate with local vendors and event partners, and help drive repeat business. Experience in boutique hotels, motels, resorts, or vacation rentals preferred.

Compensation starts at $5,000/month plus performance incentives. Higher compensation available for candidates with exceptional experience. Opportunity for year-round employment and priority consideration for the 2027 season.
