Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, energetic and design-minded Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about home décor, enjoys building relationships with customers and thrives in a boutique retail environment. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining visual merchandising standards, processing sales transactions and supporting day-to-day store operations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Assistant Manager with daily operations.
- Assist customers with product selection, styling and home decor recommendations.
- Unbox deliveries, check- in new merchandise and help organize inventory.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Stay knowledgeable about current products, trends and promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous retail, customer service, or sales experience preferred.
- Interest in home décor, interior design, or lifestyle retail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and professional appearance.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift merchandise as needed.
