As part of a smaller team, you’ll play an integral role in the day-to-day success of the boutique—building lasting client relationships while supporting store operations, after-sales service, repairs, merchandising, inventory, and overall boutique organization.
Working closely with the Director of Sales and other store members, you’ll help ensure an exceptional luxury experience for every client while maintaining the high standards our brands expect.

- Confidently present luxury timepieces and fine jewelry through engaging storytelling and product knowledge.
- Partner with the Store Director to develop client outreach and business development strategies.
- Support boutique events, networking opportunities, and client appointments.
- Educate clients on product features, craftsmanship, heritage, and after-sales services.
Boutique Operations
- Serve as a key operational resource for the Downtown boutique, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate repairs, service requests, and client follow-up with our corporate service team and brand partners.
- Manage shipping, receiving, transfers, inventory movement, and stock organization.
- Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and operational reporting.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the boutique is client-ready at all times.
- Perform opening and closing procedures.
- Help support operational needs between both Hoboken locations when required, working collaboratively with the Uptown boutique and corporate team.
- Ensure all company policies, security procedures, and operational standards are consistently followed.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and elevate the overall client experience.

- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
- Additional language skills are a plus.
Technical Skills

- Professional presentation with a passion for luxury.
- Adaptable and eager to learn.
- Takes pride in creating memorable client experiences while supporting the operational success of the boutique.
