Come join the Sweat+Glo team and be the friendly face our customers see on a daily basis! Sweat+Glo is Hoboken’s first Infrared Sauna Studio. This peaceful oasis is in a prime location directly across from the PATH train, light rail, and bus terminal. The Clearlight sauna booths are housed in personal, private sauna suites. Guests have the option to book a 30-60 minute sweat session, listen to their favorite tunes, and leave with that good-as-new glo. We are currently accepting applications for highly qualified Front Desk Associates at our Hoboken location.

Front Desk Associates are responsible for creating a welcoming environment for clients visiting our studio. They perform a variety of tasks, such as checking in clients, educating them on our sauna sessions and sauna booths, servicing the needs of each facility, and help us deliver a world-class customer experience.

REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Customer Service:
-Strong problem solving abilities and “can-do” attitude- Energy, enthusiasm, team player, compassionate, approachable, knowledgeable
Computer Skills:
-Mindbody or Vagaro Online Experience
Communication skills:
-Must possess strong communication skills – clear, direct, and kind
-Closing email/recap to management
– Appointment confirmations
– Company policies
– Sanitary precautions and requirements
– Ability to escalate customer issues and sauna maintenance needs to management
Sales:
– Merchandise sales (if applicable) will be managed by front desk associate, including inventory tracking in close out emails
Cleaning and Sanitizing:
– Cleaning is a requirement for this role throughout ones shift. Associate will be required to swap out towels, wipe down all surfaces between every session, sterilize with the UV wand, reset room towels and aux cords, wipe down room materials, restock toiletries if needed, swiffer floor
– Maintenance checks are ongoing throughout a shift as well – this includes but not limited to door hinges cracking, (located and top and bottom of sauna door), loose or misaligned doors, door handles, bench and floor boards – all are required to immediately be reported to management as well- LED lights, chromotherapy lights, speakers and cedar wood bars must be working and on at all times
