Bloomie is a premier flower studio dedicated to providing exceptional floral arrangements and outstanding customer service. We are seeking an experienced and creative individual to manage day-to-day operations.
Job Summary:
As our Store Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our flower shop, ensuring a seamless customer experience, managing inventory, and working together with our team of floral designers. Your expertise and passion for flowers will help us continue to exceed customer expectations and build a loyal customer base.
Responsibilities:
– Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and order management
– Take orders over the phone, and in person
– Have meetings with potential wedding and event customers
– Creating customized proposals, mood boards
– Maintain high-quality store appearance, including visual merchandising and cleanliness
– Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction
– Social media management: weekly post scheduling, experience with reels is a plus.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, making recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
– 2+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a flower shop or related industry
– Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
– Some knowledge of flowers, floral design, and industry trends is a plus
– Passion for flowers and an eye for creativity is a must
