About me

Jennifer Casson Tripucka is the founder and Editor-in-Chief of Hoboken Girl, one of New Jersey’s top lifestyle websites, and founder of Girl Media Group, a social media consulting agency and coaching platform for entrepreneurs. She is also the host of Tea on the Hudson, a podcast about Hudson County happenings and local lifestyle topics.

Jen’s road to entrepreneurship has been quite winding, as while she worked on growing Hoboken Girl as a side hustle to full time, Jen was a digital editor at Brides magazine at Condé Nast.

Prior to her media dreams coming to fruition, she received a Masters of Education in Counseling Psychology and a Bachelor’s in Psychology and Communications from Lehigh University, working as a school counselor in public education and mental health — bringing with her a unique perspective to digital world. In her spare time, she is blogger and advocate for the Adult Congenital Heart Association, an organization she holds near and dear to her heart (pun intended) having had open heart surgery for Transposition of the Great Arteries as a baby.  Currently, she lives in Hoboken with her husband and two pups, Pierre – and French bulldog, and Finn – a Shih Tzu rescue.
