I love solving the problems and managing the to-dos that keep small business owners from focusing on their true priorities. Below are examples of projects I’ve worked on for growing businesses like yours. I’d love to connect to see what we can solve together.

  • Payroll and human resources: It’s tough to delegate this time-consuming work to someone internal when your team is small and tight-knit. I can manage your recurring and ad hoc payroll, benefits, and human resources-related tasks.
  • Process improvement: It can be hard to find time to make your internal processes work more efficiently when you have clients to serve, product to produce, and deadlines to meet. My experience in a remote startup has given me infinite examples of how to make internal processes both transparent and streamlined using tools including but not limited to the Google suite, Airtable, Asana, Slack, and Trello.
  • Retreats, staff meetings, and strategy sessions: When someone external manages the logistics and facilitation, everyone at the table can participate fully—including you! I have years of experience facilitating, guiding, and documenting robust group processes that lead to big ideas, solid plans, and staff bonding.
