Job Description

There are 5 main teams of counselors at Riverbend:

  • Group Counselors
  • Lifeguards / Swim Instructors
  • Specialty Instructors
  • High Ropes Specialists
  • Photography Team

All jobs are Monday-Friday, 8:30-4:00 starting June 30-August 15.  There is a 4 day paid training period the evening of June 18, evening of June 20, and June 21-22 for all staff members.  Some positions require additional training and certification that Camp Riverbend will also compensate you for as long as you are able to complete the necessary course.

Daily transportation is provided from multiple spots in Hoboken and Jersey City.

Pay is competitive and depends on the position and past experience.
