Job Description

Our team is seeking a friendly and professional individual for a Front of House position. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated with outstanding communication skills and experience in customer relations. This position is a client facing role with administrative support for your designated office. In addition to keeping our office running smoothly, you will be accountable for greeting, checking clients in/out, medical charting as directed by our injectors, inventory, as well as other special projects. The hours of this position are Mon-Thurs 11:30am-7pm & Fri 11am-5pm (subject to change).

Responsibilities required but are not limited to:

  • Greet clients and ensure that the check-in, check-out and payment process is handled in accordance with company policy
  • Maintenance of a large database of patient information
  • Explain cosmetic and skin treatments to help guide prospective patients
  • Thorough weekly Inventory check
  • Log/maintain clients points with awards program
  • Minimal maintenance duties (i.e. trash, keeping office space organized and clean, etc.)
  • Prolong a consistent and punctual attendance record
  • Client appointment scheduling
  • Maintain patient confidentiality, including HIPAA and practice specific compliance guidelines
  • Must work well with our team of injectors, aestheticians, and management staff
  • Maintain clear communication with management about shop operations
  • Assist with day-to-day troubleshooting and store logistical needs, ensuring that the facilities are maintained with the highest level of care and quality and fully stocked with supplies
  • Work alongside Plump’s owners, advisors, injectors and store team to build an exceptional client experience

Requirements:

  • Strong history of reliability and punctuality
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service role
  • Previous spa/medical office experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication skills
  • Must possess basic math skills
