Job Description

Job Description: Team #Baonanas is looking to hire a passionate, dedicated, and reliable Lead Kitchen Bear in leading our growing team of Kitchen Bears.
Responsibilities:
– Passionate for listening to, inspiring, leading, and caring for other kitchen team members
– Learn and master recipes to all flavors for wholesale, retail, and catering
– Master and respect the privacy of our recipes, standardized operating procedures (SOPs), and practices
– Embody the baonanas culture and team spirit
– Maintain tidiness and cleanliness
– Effectively execute daily tasks, and lead fellow kitchen bears
– Properly cleaning and and sanitizing all food preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene
– Uphold gold standard of kitchen operations and team chemistry and communication
Qualifications:
– Must have at least 1 year experience in assisting/managing a commercial kitchen
– Team management and communication skills
– Crisis management
– The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– The ability to work in a team
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– The ability to stand for extended periods of time
