Our events allow us all to connect, network, and boss up within a space that is ideal for getting vulnerable and real.

In the days of social media, we are not able to promise a safe space. However, if we all vow to act in line with Love Squad’s core values, every event can be as safe as can be. At our events, we value:

Inclusivity: We champion diversity: not just racial and cultural diversity, but diversity in voices, opinions, lifestyles, socioeconomic status, gender, sexual orientation and whatever else makes you who you are. No matter who you are or where you come from, you are welcome, you are heard, and you are accepted in our space.

Vulnerability: At our events, we sometimes end up discussing some intimate topics and we have found, that we learn more from each other and more about ourselves when we get vulnerable. It takes real strength and courage to open up and dig deep in order to make a real change.

Boldness: We want to encourage everyone to leave their comfort zones behind. When we’re daring and fearless, big things can happen for all of us. We love your ideas and we want to hear about them. The only way to improve or change your life for the better is to get out there and be bold.

Respect: We include everyone and want everyone to be heard so our attendees must act and speak with respect toward one another to cultivate this value. Listen when others are sharing, don’t speak over others, and jokes should never be at another attendee’s expense.
