About me
Hi Hoboken! My name is Lexie Abplanalp and I am a recent graduate of Slippery Rock University with a passion for all things health and wellness. I have worked at the management level of different fitness studios and took my passion one step further to become a board certified Health Coach. I am well on my way to owning my own Health Coaching business, with an anticipated graduation date of Sept 2020 from the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy.
Outside of health coaching I have fine tuned my skills in management, marketing, sales, and event coordination. Working for small business after college has allowed me to wear a lot of different hats within my roles at Notus, Pure Barre and Asana Soul Practice.
I currently serve as the Events and Marketing Manager at ASP but with yoga studios closed I am open to new opportunities. If you have further questions on my resume or experiences I would love to speak to you!
